Harry Varnavas is a licensed architect, registered with the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) and the Chamber of Civil Engineers and Architects for Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland (Kammer der ZiviltechnikerInnen für Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland) in Austria.
His studio offers architectural and design services, ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects. With a global network of collaborators, projects and designs are developed internationally.

With over 7 years of experience, Harry has worked at prominent firms in various locations, including Miami, at Coop-Himmelb(L)au in Vienna, and Zaha Hadid Architects in London. These experiences have shaped his ability to create architectural designs that are both innovative and aesthetically compelling.
As a second-generation architect, his goal is to provide architectural design services that prioritize creativity, quality, and sustainability. His skill set includes architectural design, planning, documentation, site supervision, 3D prototyping, photogrammetry, and VR/AR experiences. Additionally, he has expertise in Cyprus’s land registry, building permits, and title deed issuances.
Harry’s experience includes high-rise mixed-use, residential, and office bank buildings, as well as hospitality projects such as golf courses, hotels, cultural venues, and museums. He has contributed to globally located projects; across the UK, UAE, USA, Asia, Russia, and Central and Eastern Europe. He is also well-versed in 360-degree and VR/AR applications for architectural presentations, creating immersive experiences for clients.

Harry holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from the Royal College of Art in London, UK (RIBA Part II), and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with First Class Honours from the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury, UK (RIBA Part I). He also attended a six-month Undergraduate Exchange in Architecture at the University of Technology, Sydney.
